I never thought the day would come that I would lose hope for the future of the not-so-united States of America. It seems that the transformation of the citizens of this country has been successfully completed. From the first day of kindergarden to the final day of 12th grade, Government Funded Indocrination Centers (public schools) brainwash our youth with the religion of liberalism, void of facts and no historical reference. Universities continue the theme, with Hollywood and the "mainstream" press contributing fully to the cause.
The result is a citizenry that has lost the ability to reason, to think critically or independently. Our nation has become a large field of sheep being led to our slaughter, and I don't see a William Wallace anywhere.
Of course, it does not help that all of our political entities are in cahoots with this agenda. And I mean all political entities, including both houses of the legislative branch (and both sides of the isle), the executive branch and the judicial branch. Has anyone besides me ever wondered at the phenomenon that occurs when someone, anyone who, with all the appearances of being a normal, reasonable human being, becomes a politician? The transformation is amazing, and surely worth studying. Perhaps I can get a government grant,,,
But I digress. The point I am trying to make here is that America is lost. Past-tense. There is nothing left of the idea that was the United States of America. Perhaps it has been a sham all along. I believe that America has never had the chance to develop to her maximum potential. She has never been allowed. We have been lied to for so long by so many that it is impossible to determine what the truth is anymore, or who the good guys may be. Our past has been hidden from us, our heritage eradicated and our future stolen.
Thus, it is with a sad heart I bid goodbye to America. It is not a personal woe that besets me, but rather a deep sadness for my children and their generation. After all. I have had a good life in relative freedom. I survived the 60's and Vietnam, watched a telecommunications crew install the first telephones in my home town and now am typing into a computer onto a webpage that has the potential of being seen by anyone anywhere in the world. The next generation will not be so fortunate. The intollerant, hate-filled, elitist Left will see to that.
